Our Pastor
Elder Roy Brockington
Elder Roy Rogers Brockington born on April
22, 1946 and raised in Mullins, South Carolina where he graduated from Palmetto
High School. He was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in 1961 and received
the gift of the Holy Ghost under the pastorate of the late Elder Heyward
Anderson.
On August 29, 1970, he was married to Beatrice Campbell of
Mullins, South Carolina. Elder and Sister Brockington have two sons
Nicholas Dwayne Brockington and Christopher Demetrius Brockington. He also has
three grandchildren, Kara, Nicholas and Morgan.

Church Secretary
Hazel C. Tart
Sister Hazel C. Tart is the daughter of the late Agustus Ceo, Jr., and Elizabeth
Ceo. She was born September 30, 1950. After finishing high school, a
couple of years later she went to work for Russell Stover Candies as the payroll
supervisor until 2000. She went to work for the Marion County Clerk of
Court until 2003.
She was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in 1963 and received the gift of
the Holy Ghost shortly after.
She is married to John Watson Tart, and they have three children, Gregory
Tart, Sherri Foxworth, and Kimberly Tart. They have seven grandchildren.
She is the church secretary, a member of the senior choir, and
pastor's concern committee. She is also a Notary Public for the state of South
Carolina.

Church Secretary
Angel Davis

Sister Angel Davis is the daughter of Willie and Geneva
Davis. She was born, March 20, 1969. She graduated from Mullins High
School in 1987. She was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, February 26,
1992, and received the gift of the Holy Ghost the very next day. She
received a B.S. degree in Science from South Carolina State University in Family
and Consumer of Science/Child Development. She began working with Pee Dee
Community Action Agency, August 1999. Angel will obtain a Master of
Science degree from Webster University in Counseling, December 2005.
Sister Angel is the church assistant secretary, a member of the senior choir,
teachers of the Sunday school, women's auxiliary, children church, and
Chair-person of the cooking committee, also a member of the church planning
committee. She coordinated Progressive Church, Mullins first vacation
bible school in 2000.

Chairman
Minister James W. Ceo, Sr.
Minister James W. Ceo, Sr., was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ
in 1981, shortly after he received the gift of the Holy Ghost. He was appointed
Boy's Club President in the late 1980's. Minister Ceo was appointed
chairman of the brotherhood. He was an aspiring deacon and then the Lord
called him into the ministry. He was aspired in the ministry for several
years and in 1993 he received his ministry license.
He is married to Shirley Grainger, and they have three children
and eight grandchildren.

Benny Genwright
Brother Benny Genwright was born and raised
in Mullins, South Carolina. He graduated from Mullins High School and
enlisted in the United States Army in 1984. He was baptized in the name of
Jesus Christ on October 30, 1988 and received the gift of the Holy Ghost in
Heimbach, Germany. He has been a member of this local assembly since 1992.
Presently he is employed by the City of Dillon as Director of
the Code Enforcement Department. Brother Genwright is married to Vicky
Davis and to this union the Lord blessed them with four wonderful children,
Glenda, Daphanie, Brian and Tiffany.
His hobbies are reading, fishing, and exercising. "I
am so thankful to God and full of joy for being saved and growing in the
knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of our
pastor, Elder Roy Brockington who teaches and preaches in truth after God's own
heart. I enjoy working in the church, witnessing and helping others.
God has been good to me all the days of my life and I am grateful. Truly I
can say, "The joy of the Lord is my strength."

Women's Auxiliary
President
Shirley Ceo
Sister Shirley Ceo was born in Mullins, South Carolina. She
graduated from Mullins High School in 1971. She was baptized in the name
of Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Ghost in 1981. Sister
Ceo has served as President of the Women's Auxiliary for over fifteen
years. She works as a Sunday school teacher, and with the bereavement and
hospitality committees.
Sister Ceo is married to Minister James Ceo, and they have three
children and eight grandchildren.

Women's
Auxiliary Vice-President
Helen Lee
Sister Helen Lee, Women's Auxiliary Vice President. Sister Lee
born in Zion, South Carolina July 10, 1955. She was baptized in the name
of Jesus Christ in 1967 at the age of 11, and received the gift of the Holy
Ghost two years later. She graduated from Mullins High School in
1973. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked two years until she
joined the United States Air Force in 1976. She moved to New York in 1978
and remained there for 13 years. She became vice president of the Women's
Auxiliary in 1997. She obtained an associate degree in Early Childhood
Education. She is currently employed at Mullins Early Childhood Center as
a teacher's aide. She is the chairman of the hospitality, teacher of the
primary class, member of the senior choir, and the pastor's concern
committee. Sister Helen Lee is married to Brother Chester Lee. They have four
children Timothy (gone but not forgotten), Eddie, Debra, and Matthew Lee.

Youth President
Nicholas Dwayne Brockington

Brother Nicholas Dwayne Brockington was born and reared in
Mullins, South Carolina. He graduated from Mullins High School in 1989
attended South Carolina State College, Orangeburg, South Carolina from
1989-1991. He transferred to Francis Marion University in 1991 and
obtained a B.S. degree in Biology in 1993. After graduation, he began
working in retail, as manager of several retail stores over the course of two
years. In 1996 he made a career change into banking and became a
management trainee for First National South, a local bank in Marion
County. Upon completion of the training program, he was appointed branch
manager and loan officer for the same bank until 1998. That year the local
bank merged into Carolina First Bank, and he was promoted to Assistant Vice
President. He remained in the position until he resigned in 2003 to pursue
a better opportunity with First Reliance Bank, a local bank in Florence, South
Carolina. He is currently there in the position of Personal/Business
Banker. In 2003 he graduated and obtained a diploma from the South
Carolina Banker's School in Columbia, South Carolina.
Dwayne is committed to his community and serve on various civic
organizations such as: Pee Dee Kiwanis Club, Small and Minority Business
Division of the Florence Chamber, Francis Marion Alumni Board, Francis Marion
Real Estate Foundation Board, American Heart Walk Association, and the UNCF
advisory board.
Dwayne was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ at the age of 5
and received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost at age 8. He is the
eldest son of Elder and Sister Roy Brockington. Dwayne is the Minister of
Music in the Mullins church and works with various departments within the
church. Finance Committee, Teacher of Apostolic Beginner's course, and President
of the Youth Department.
Dwayne is married to Dara Richardson from Winnsboro, South
Carolina. They have two children, Kara and Nicholas II.

President
Ronald Genwright
Brother Ronald Genwright, Vice President of the Youth
Department. Brother Genwright was born in Mullins, South Carolina.
He is a graduate of Mullins High School. During his senior year he was
enrolled in J.R.O.T.C. Program. After he enlisted in the United States
Army and served six years and a half. He was discharged at the rank
of sergeant. After leaving the military he received a diploma in TV/VCR
repair from ICS Learning Systems. He is presently employed with the United
States Postal Service as a rural letter carrier. Ronald was baptized on
August 16, 1992, and received the Holy Ghost thereafter. His other duties
include, Sunday School Teacher for the Junior Class, Usher, and Teacher for the
sons of Samuel/David. His hobbies include playing the guitar and
electronics. Ronald is married to Latonya Williams. They have two
children, Destiny and Ronisha.

Chester Lee

Brother Chester Lee, Chairman of the Usher Board. Brother
Lee born in Nichols, South Carolina on March 29, 1952. He was baptized in
the name of Jesus Christ in 1991 that morning and received the gift of the Holy
Ghost that night. He attended Mullins High School. He is currently
on trial for a deacon. He is a Sunday School Primary Class Teacher and
helps with the service recording. Brother Chester Lee is married to Sister Helen
(Crawford) Lee. They have four children Timothy (gone but not forgotten), Eddie,
Debra, and Matthew Lee.

Historian
Eartha Legette Brockington
Sister Eartha Legette Brockington is the fifth child of Sister
Carnella Legette and the late Brother Emanuel Legette, Sr.. Born February
11, 1953, she was baptized in the precious name of Jesus Christ on February 15,
1963, and received the gift of the Holy Ghost thereafter. She is a 1971
graduate of Mullins High School and a 1989 graduate of Betty Stevens Cosmetology
Institute, where she became a South Carolina Licensed Cosmetologist, and worked
in this field for twelve years. She now work in retail. She states
that she always loved going to church with her mother and love the fellowship
with the saints, and love working wherever she is needed. She has been a
member of the Senior Choir since she was fifteen years old. She also
worked with the youth department for a number of years and has been an adult
youth supporter. She teaches the Sunday school beginner's class, earned a
certificate of completion from the National Sunday teacher training program of
the Progressive Church, secretary and a teacher of the women's auxiliary, member
of the hospitality committee, member of the senior choir and the Echo
Ensemble. She was appointed church Wedding Directress, and church
historian by Elder Roy Brockington. Eartha is married to Brother Levern
Brockington, and they have five children, Michael, Eric (gone but not
forgotten), Allen, Derek, and Nicole', which all are baptized in the name of
Jesus and have the gift of the Holy Ghost. Eartha states, "Church is my life and my life is God's."

Committee President
Kay Gerald
Sister Kay Gerald, is the daughter of Sister Ilitha Hunter and
the late Brother Willie Hunter of Mullins, South Carolina. Born April 25,
1963 and raised in Mullins, South Carolina. She was baptized in the name
of Jesus on July 7, 1974 and received the gift of the Holy Ghost months
later. She is a 1981 graduated from Mullins High School. Kay is
currently a South Carolina Notary Public. She also received training from
Benedict College, Columbia, South Carolina, Coastal Carolina University, Conway,
South Carolina, and Evans Correctional Center, Bennettsville, South
Carolina. She also received her certification from the South Carolina
Criminal Justice Academy in Columbia as a National Crime Information Center
Operator. Kay worked in law enforcement beginning with the Mullins Police
Department as Dispatcher to secretary for Marion County Drug Unit, and the
Marion County Magistrate Office, until committing to being her mother's
Caregiver. She is a member of the Senior Choir, Secretary for the Sunday
School, member of the Echo Ensemble, Co-Chairman of the Hospitality, Chairman of
the Bereavement Committee, and Assistant Wedding Directress. Kay is
married to Brother Charles Gerald and blessed with one child, Shayla Campbell,
son-in-law, Andre' Campbell and three admired grandchildren, Shaya'n, Tierra,
and Jordan.

Audrey Fladger
Sister Audrey Fladger was baptized in the name of Jesus
and received the gift of the Holy Ghost in 1974. She thank and praise God for
choosing her to be a part of this great truth. Through the preaching of
the Word of God under my pastor, Elder Roy Brockington. I've learned it takes
time to live Holy. I've had trials and battles and I've learned to depend
on Jesus. Through fasting and praying Jesus will see you through whatever
it is. The teachings of the church have been a big help with my family
life. I'm proud to be in the Progressive Church of Our Lord Jesus
Christ. She is married to Brother Randy Fladger and they have two
daughters, LaKisha and Tamika, and a grand-daughter, Briana.

Richard Hayes
Brother Richard Hayes is a native of Mullins, South Carolina. He is a
member of Progressive Church, Mullins, baptized in the name of Jesus and filled
with the Holy Ghost. He is a graduate of Mullins High School and the
Elkins Institute School of Radio and Television Broadcasting, Atlanta,
Georgia. Brother Hayes is a Sunday morning gospel radio announcer for WDIA
98.5 Kiss FM radio station in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, he's also
employed with Honda of South Carolina. Brother Hayes goal is to be used by
God. He loves singing for the Lord, caring for his family, and will help anyone
he can. Richard is married to Sister Mollie McKinnon and they have four
daughters, Natasha, Sharrin, Andrea, and Richelle.

Andre' Campbell
Brother
Andre' Campbell was born in Mullins, South Carolina on December 18, 1974.
The Word of God found Brother Campbell and he was baptized in the name of Jesus
Christ on September 15, 2002 and received the Holy Ghost shortly thereafter.
He is a 1993 graduate of Mullins High School. Formerly employed by WPDE
TV15 for several years as Engineering Tech Manager, he is currently employed by
Time Warner Cable in Florence, South Carolina, as a Field Service Rep.
"It is truly an honor and privilege to serve Christ Jesus in any
capacity. The Lord our God has blessed me exceedingly and I'm thankful to
Elder Brockington for standing firm on God's Word."
Brother Campbell is married to Sister Shayla (Hunter) Campbell of
Mullins. God has blessed them with three beautiful children; Jerren,
Tierra and Jordan.
